Haere mai, Welcome

I am a self-taught artist living in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. To pursue my passion for art I qualified as a traditional signwriter starting my own sign business in 1983. In between taking care of my sign clients I took the opportunity to experiment with a variety of art meduims and techniques including screenprints. Most of these were sold to clients and local galleries.

I moved to Western Australia in 2012 where I concentrated on acrylics and a new found love for pencil drawing, taking on commissions and selling works through local galleries and Art Exhibitions.

I retired to Napier in 2016, giving me the opportunity to be a full time artist producing work in oils, acrylic and coloured pencils. For information about requesting a commission, please click here.
